Low pressure cleaning removes mold and mildew
Softwashing is the most effective and safest way to clean siding. Unlike companies using high pressure to blast surfaces, we utilize bio-degradable, pet-friendly cleaners and low pressure to thoroughly clean away and kill algae, mold and mildew down to the root. On the surface it seems these types of pollutants can be removed using high pressure, but this only removes what is visible and will reduce the life span of the surface. There is also an increased danger in causing permanent damage to the siding and windows or shooting water up underneath siding panels.
House Wash Packages
Standard House Wash Package
This package is perfect for when you need a quick clean at a low cost.
Includes soft washing of all of the following:
All of the siding
Outside of the gutters
Outside of downsprouts
Fascia/soffit areas
Any glass doors, storm doors, and garage doors
Deluxe House Wash Package
Includes all the procedures in a Standard House Wash, plus
A scented cleanser to give your home or property a fresh scent and help minimize the disinfectant odor
Special attention to areas around windows and shutters, including removing loose dirt and debris on your windows
Premium House Wash Package
Includes everything from Standard and Deluxe Package, plus
An additional house wash within the year.
For optimal results we recommend two house washes a year.
One Wash is completed in the Spring (March, April or May) to remove all the mold, mildew, and dirt built up from the winter. A second house wash Is completed in the Fall (September or October) to remove all the Mold, Mildew and dirt that had accumulated from the Summer season.
This is the best preventative maintenance you can provide your home to keep the exterior in tip-top shape and contain the growth of harmful molds, mildews and other harmful elements. ( remember mold is growing even before it’s visible)
